Nervous System Nourishment at Goldenseal Skincare

This past week, I decided to take a trip to Morro Bay to finally meet Tarren Brooks of Goldenseal Skincare in person.

I was first introduced to Tarren during the early days of COVID while enrolling in my Herbalism Studies through Herbal Academy. I left with glowing skin, yes, but more importantly, I left feeling regulated, nourished, and deeply connected to myself. Experiences like this remind me that true healing often happens when we feel safe enough to soften.
